Market still uncertain as to where to go...

The overall market moved up yesterday but not significant enough to represent a breakout in order to continue to upside... market therefore continue to look neutral and today remains uncertain as it decides what to do... The Star System is keeping us out of the market today by giving us an extremely dry day with no qualified stars... Star Traders, its time to sit on the sidelines and observe.
